Anna-Gwenn, 15 Years Old
» I was 15 when I started… I was finishing tenth grade and had average grades; I even repeated the year.
Then, academically, as the training progressed, my concentration ability improved; I was more motivated and attentive in class. I had a good second tenth grade year, which allowed me to go into eleventh grade (science stream) without any problems.
And in the third term of eleventh grade, my grades were very good, and I was among the top 5 students in the class. Finally, I managed to get my science baccalaureate with honors, even though I was reaching the end… I think this played a big role in improving my academic level, and it was visible in my grades and my motivation.
I also saw changes from a sports perspective, as I do gymnastics. Over 3 years, my skill level significantly improved; in competition, I was more focused, less stressed, more self-assured, and I handled pressure better…
Then, in my daily life, I became much calmer, less stressed, and less impulsive. I gained confidence and perseverance.
I think this will have a positive impact on my studies and my future life.
