To manage is to empower others (Michel Serre)!

Beyond interpersonal relationship techniques, beyond technical training (public speaking, conducting interviews, managing action plans…), I wondered how managers could develop differently…

The answer came with the program « My training » inspired by visual neuropedagogy, designed by Régis MEGNEGNEAU.

Managers can independently work on their relational skills and potential thanks to the proposed application and optical bench. How to train to better perceive situations!

Real positive effects have been observed on managers and leaders whom I coach.
