After 8 sessions, it’s still too early to draw conclusions, but I already feel some small positive changes.
I have been practicing yoga for several years, and I see a commonality in these sessions with yoga sessions: it’s the relaxation within concentration that allows for progress from one session to the next, especially through breathing.
